Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) releases a notice on Seeking public comments on the Revised Trading Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and the Risk Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, as shown below: 

Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) plans to revise the Trading Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and the Risk Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange pursuant to laws, regulations, and administrative rules including the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading, and the Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges. Public comments are hereby requested on the proposed changes.

Comments and suggestions on the proposed changes to these rules should be submitted to INE in writing or by email before October 13, 2025. Please note that by submitting a response, you agree that INE may use your contact information and materials for the sole purpose of this public comment process.
