Following our recent receipt of PT Eternal Nickel Industry’s application materials, we hereby issue the follow decision in accordance with the Rules on Management of Non-Ferrous Metal Products for Futures Delivery of the Shanghai Futures Exchange and other applicable rules:

1. We approve the registration of “PTENICO”-branded electrolytic nickel (electrowinning, Ni99.96), with a registered production capacity of 50,000 metric tons and subject to standard delivery prices.

2. The above products are deliverable against SHFE nickel futures contracts as of the date of this Circular.
