Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Circular on Seeking Public Comments on Revising the Trading Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and Other Relevant Rules for the Introduction of Market Order and Spread Order as follows:

Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) proposes to, for the introduction of market order and spread order, revise the Trading Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Options Trading Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Risk Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange pursuant to laws, regulations, and administrative rules including the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulation on the Administration of Futures Trading, and the Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges. INE hereby seeks public comments on the proposed revisions.

Comments and suggestions on the proposed revisions should be submitted to INE in writing or by email before May 8, 2026. Please note that by submitting a response, you agree that INE may use your contact information and materials for the sole purpose of this public comment process.
