Business Description of Registration Domestic Brands
Updated on 2013-12-06(1) Enterprise applying for registration submits to the Exchange the application for registration and the written materials for registration purpose;
(2) The Exchange pre-reviews the registration materials;
(3) The Exchange works with the designated inspection agencies to perform on-site inspection over commodity quality and management system of enterprise passed the pre-review procedure;
(4) The Exchange reports, reviews and approves of registration materials submitted by enterprises passed the on-site inspection over commodity quality and management system;
(5) The Exchange reviews and approves of the qualified enterprises, and then determines whether the approval to register commodity shall be granted based on registration declaration materials,commodity inspection results and testing results;
(6) Upon review and approval, the Exchange approves of enterprise’s application for registration and makes an announcement to the market;
(7) Enterprise goes through formalities for brand registration and pays the commodity registration fee prior to approval of registration.
