(2) The Exchange pre-reviews the materials submitted by enterprise applying for registration;
(3) The Exchange works with the designated inspection agency to conduct a joint field inspection over enterprises passed the pre-review procedures;
(4) The Exchange reviews and approves of changes by enterprises passed the field inspection;
(5) The Exchange completes the changes to relevant brands, has them registered for record-keeping and make announcement to the Market;
(6) The Exchange notifies enterprise filing such application;
(7) Enterprise undergoes registration for record-keeping to make changes to brands.
