(1) The Exchange collects feedback on product use from enterprise, as well as market and media information;

(2) The Exchange works with quality assayer to conduct random check and annual inspection upon brands of commodity stocks within delivery warehouse;

(3) Quality assayer issues inspection report on whether the inspection result is acceptable; 
(4) The Exchange notifies enterprises of rectification;
(5) The enterprises conduct rectification;
(6) The Exchange re-inspects the quality of products by enterprise that completed the rectification;
(7) Should problems still exist after re-inspection over product quality, the Exchange recommends that this brand cease to be applicable to delivery; 
(8) Review and Approval by the Exchange
(9) Suspend the use of this brand for any delivery and notify relevant enterprise of the 2nd rectification;
(10) The enterprise carries out rectification again;
(11) The Exchange re-inspects the quality of products by enterprise that completed the 2nd rectification;
(12) The Exchange's recommendation is to dismiss this brand's qualification for registration   
(13) Issue a public notice on dismissal of this brand’s qualification for registration
