Cancellation of Standard Warehouse Warrant (Gold)

(1) Consignor files the application for cancellation of warrant to the certified delivery warehouse via electronic warrant system, in which the way a delivery will be taken shall be specified, in case of taking a delivery from the warehouse;

(2) The certified delivery warehouse reviews the load-out application;

The Exchange will review the gold warrant in terms of distribution of gold bullion, designation of the gold warehouse for taking delivery and date of taking delivery, and settlement of the overfill and shortfill.

(3) Customer confirms the cancellation of warrant at the certified delivery warehouse while the warehouse produces the confirmation slip on load-out of standard warrant that is to be signed by consignee for further confirmation.

(4) Consignor completes the taking of delivery;
