Cancellation of Standard Factory Warehouse Receipt (Bitumen)
Updated on 2013-12-06(1) Consignor submits the application for taking delivery to the factory warehouse prior to 25th day of the month preceding the month of taking delivery;
(2) The factory warehouse confirms on it within three (3) days after receipt of such application;
(3) The factory warehouse sends out goods on the specified date of shipment，makes sampling, and seals up for safekeeping;
(4) Consignor conducts acceptance check;
