Opening of Standard Warrant Account Business Description

（1）Materials for the Exchange’s records-keeping purpose: totally six copies of material with official seal of enterprise and Futures-firms affixed thereon, including original copy of business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, certificate of general VAT taxpayer, ID card of legal representative and person responsible for account opening;

（2）Materials concerning standard warrant including the Application Form for Account Opening, Client List and Table of User’s Service Agreement are made in two (2) copies. Among which, the User’s Service Agreement is required to be signed by legal person of Party A’s investor with official seal affixed thereon;
（3）Records-keeping materials for going through formalities regarding mortgage at financial institutes like bank shall also include copy of financial license and copy of certificate such as approval by higher authority to open standard warrant account. All records-keeping materials must be chopped with official seal;            
（4）The Exchange reviews relevant information and enables the account in standard warrant system within 10 business days;
（5）Member signs for the receipt of account opening materials, encryptor, standard warrant business card.
