Change of Standard Warrant Account Business Description

（1）Materials for the Exchange’s records-keeping purpose: copy of business license, copy of organization code certificate, copy of ID card of person responsible for making a change, copy of ID card of legal person, certificates related to change of content, etc. The abovementioned copies must be chopped with official seal of enterprise and Futures-firm.  

（2）Customer completes the Application Form for Change of Standard Warrant Account with signature and seal affixed thereon. In this Application Form, customer is also required to fill out the items to be changed and reasons for such change.
（3）When a customer applies for a change, Futures-firm may review the original copies provided by customer on behalf of the Exchange, and then issue report on audit results with signature of head and official seal of the firm affixed thereon.
（4）The Exchange reviews relevant materials and modifies relevant information in standard warrant account system within 10 business days.
