(1) Application for inquiries put forward by judicial authority; (2) The SHFE examines and verifies application to see whether it meets inquiry conditions or not; (3) Judicial authority will be informed with reasons and relevant units which might help to deal with inquiries if its application fails to meet inquiry conditions; (4) The SHFE will accept the inquiries whose application meets inquiry conditions; (5) Staff from the judicial authority fills in "Registration Form for Judicial Inquiries" and provides relevant materials as required; (6) The SHFE offers assistance in handling the inquiries;
