Business Related to Opening Special Funds Account for Member

(1) Member submits to the Exchange’s Settlement Department the document on approval of admission to membership by Shanghai Futures Exchange and the Application Form for Opening Special Funds Account that was fully completed and chopped with the seal of company’s legal person and financial seal;

(2)  The Exchange reviews the application form;
(3) The Exchange issues the Notice on Special Funds Account to each depository and custodian bank   
(4) The depository and custodian bank reviews the account opening materials submitted by member, and submits the enclosed return receipt of Notice on Special Funds Account to the Exchange’s Settlement Department after opening account at the bank end;  
(5) The Exchange opens special funds account for member according to bank’s return receipt;
(6) On opening day of new account, the Exchange queries all accounts. If the query is successful, member may enable this account; if the query fails, the Exchange will immediately inform bank of such failure for correction.
