Business Related to Registration of Settlement Clerk

(1) Member submits the Letter of Authorization on Settlement Clerk by Legal Person and copy of Certificate of Competency in Training in Settlement Clerk;

(2) The Exchange reviews materials submitted by member and confirms that applicant has already received the Certificate of Competency in Training in Settlement Clerk;

(3) Based on materials submitted by member, the Exchange produces settlement clerk ID card and put it into the list of settlement clerks;

(4) The Exchange completes the post-production of settlement clerk ID card;

(5) Member gets the settlement clerk ID card and signs on the Letter of Authorization on Settlement Clerk by Legal Person;

(6) The Exchange saves the Letter of Authorization on Settlement Clerk by Legal Person and relevant documents.
