(2) The clients decide whether or not to report to the exchange according to the actual situations.
(3) If reporting, the clients should submit Reporting Form for Accounts Involving Actual Control Relationship to the members, who will then enter the clients’ information in the member service system, and place the paper documents on file; If not reporting, no measures need to be taken. Don’t report until there is any actual control relationship.
(4) The exchange sorts out, summarizes and groups the reported information.
(5) The exchange works out corresponding documents according to reported information, sends them to the members and carries out affirmation, confirmation and co-investigation work.
(6) The members cooperate with the exchange in affirmation, confirmation and co-investigation procedures.
(7) The clients cooperate with the members in affirmation, confirmation and co-investigation procedures, and if needed, provide the exchange with required documents.
(8) The members summarize the feedback and relevant documents from the clients and feed them back to the exchange according to the time frame and methods stipulated by the exchange.
